Cloud account deletion

Cloud 계정과 서버 데이터를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 기기의 Local 프로필과 스토어 구독은 자동으로 삭제되지 않습니다.

Open account deletion

Include this in a support request

  1. LiveSSH version and Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS version
  2. What you expected and the exact steps that produced the problem
  3. Error text with hostnames, usernames, IP addresses, and account IDs removed
  4. Relevant diagnostics only after reviewing them for sensitive data

Never send secrets by email

SSH 비밀번호, 개인키, 복구 키, API 키, 인증 토큰, 전체 결제 정보는 보내지 마세요. XIUSoft는 지원 과정에서 이러한 비밀값을 요청하지 않습니다.

Never email SSH passwords, private keys, recovery keys, API keys, authentication tokens, or full payment details. XIUSoft support will not ask for them.
